Our story

Jadarat Group for Consultancy and Business Development has been established to provide real value packages of management consultancy and designing services in the field of management and business development. At Jadarat Group we are highly committed to high levels of professionality and trust. Our journey has started in 2016 with our first project of designing a management system. However, our efforts were individual initiatives provided by Jadarat founders. Those initiatives were built on academic and practical expertise in business management, planning, marketing quality and business models. Therefore, our motive was developing towards establishing a unique organization to take those initiatives further and further through more organized and robust business. Moreover, we seek to have a deep influence on our clients in order to design, develop and enforce different solutions to our customers in the private and public sectors. In addition, our expertise have supported us to maintain a deep understanding of the Libyan work environment.

At Jadarat Group, we adopt an agile governance system that supports transparency and  effectiveness. We have a board of directors, a general Manager and a team of staff, whose skills and capabilities are highly developed. Our organization structure is designed to be resilient, open and project-directed, as follows:
